Copy of a writ to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer ordering them to view the inquisition and information, and after receiving the 26s. 8d. from the taxers and collectors to discharge them and the people of Frismarsh from the old assessment of the fifteenth, referring to their petition, the appointment of a commission and a writ to the taxers and collectors concerning the matter.

The writ is dated to 1348 with SC 8/13/629, the petition with which it was formerly enclosed. The writ is dated 28 October 1345 in its dating clause, and was presented as evidence accompanying SC 8/13/628, apparently in 1348. See PROME, parliament of January-February 1348, appendix, no. 50.
