Mounteny requests remedy because Geoffrey Morel and others came to his house in Essex and broke and entered it to murder him and they took his goods, beat his servants, burnt his crops and took his cart full with wheat and two horses and still detain them, and they threaten him so that he dare not approach his house for fear of death.
Nature of endorsement
He may sue a writ of trespass and also a writ of menace if he wishes.
