Copy of 3 deeds:1) Letters patent of Edward III giving licence that Nicholas de la Beche can grant a rent of 50 marks to John Fitz John for his life to be taken from the profits of the manor of Bradfield. Given at the Tower of London 24 May 1340.2) Grant by Nicholas de la Beche to John Fitz John of the rent of 50 marks. Given at Bradfield 27 June 1340.3) Bond of Nicholas de la Beche to John Fitz John in £200 for a statute merchant. Given at London 20 May 1340.
