Wyssyngsete requests that he be released or pardoned from the debt for the custody of the lands and tenements of Richard le Rous for which he is being distrained by writs of Exchequer which are due to the king from the time of Edward I. He requests that the issues for the farm of the land be paid in instalments in certain terms.
Nature of endorsement
He is to pay the annual farm in instalments of 40s. per annum from the £31.
