Record of the justices of the King's Bench in the octave of Holy Trinity 6 Edw. III and reciting the progression of Wodehous' suit for the advowson of St Sampson's, York, and his failure to prosecute by which the prior of Pontefract recovered the advowson, the alleged collusion, and the inquisition into this by which it was found that there was no collusion and the prior had no right to the advowson.
