Extract of a court roll whereby the prior is presented for entering the warren of Edmund Bacon at Beesby and hunting hares and rabbits with dogs, taking them and carrying them off. He was finally found to have taken a rabbit and fined £10 for the trespass in warren according to the statute of the same.
