The petitioners show that the Percival brothers arraigned an assize of novel disseisin against them for tenements in Plumsted and elsewhere in Kent. The justices gave them several days, but their legal representatives were unable to come . . . [They request remedy] so that they are not disinherited.

It is agreed by all the council that the record of this assize come before the common justices of the assizes in the county to their common sessions and that the special . . .
