Nature of request
William the son of Robert Cokerel states that while he was out of the country he was outlawed at the suit of Robert de Uffort, for breaking into his park of Parham; but Robert de Uffort later inquired into the matter, found William not to be guilty, and granted him his letters patent, acquitting him insofar as it lay with him. William requests that the king pardon him the outlawry, and grant him his charter on this, promising that he will stand to right in court if anyone should wish to sue against him.

Coram rege.The king acquits him of those things which concern him, provided that he shows Lord Robert's letters of acquittance for the said trespass.
