- The abbot of Jedburgh states that he sued a plea against Richard Hastang as far as the inquest, but he was then delayed in his right until the parliament in London, contrary to the law of Scotland. He requests a remedy, and also that the church's lead be delivered to him by the same Richard, who holds it against the king's command.
