- The abbot of Evesham states that he made fine in a hundred marks for a trespass of venison in the Forest of Feckenham in the eighteenth year of the king's reign, which was paid to John de Berewyk, then keeper of Queen Eleanor's Gold, because that forest was then in her hand - for which he has tallies from John de Berewyk - but that the money is now demanded from him by a summons of the Exchequer. He requests grace and an allowance.
