Letter dated at Westminster, May 18, in the fifteenth year of the king's reign, to Roger de Belers, instructing him to reinstate Nicholas de Hungerford in the keepership of the forest of Duffield granted to him by Blanch queen of Navarre and confirmed by Thomas, earl of Lancaster, from which he has been expelled, and concerning which he has petitioned the king.

The letters are dated to 1324-1325 on the basis of the dating of the petition with which the letters were enclosed (SC 8/7/340). This letter is dated at York, 18 May, in the fifteenth year of the king's reign (1322), like CCR 1318-1323, p.449. The name York replaces Westminster, which has been deleted.
