- Henry de Kersewell and Robert de Tylviton request that the king order that their lands be returned to them, as they were taken into the king's hand by the sheriff of Staffordshire because they once wore the robes of the countess of Lincoln, and for no other reason - as is found by return of the sheriff made on this - and as they were never found in any wrongdoing against the king.
