- Henry de Glastyngbury states that Thomas, formerly earl of Lancaster granted to him, by various indentures, forty pounds worth of rent from the earl's manor of Collingbourne, of which ten pounds worth were granted to Henry by Edmund, formerly earl of Leicester, in the second year of the reign of the late King Edward, from the issues of the town of Leicester - which Thomas, earl of Lancaster exchanged with him for rents from Collingbourne - twenty pounds worth were granted by Thomas earl of Lancaster in the twelfth year of the reign of the present king, and ten pounds worth in the thirteenth year, to hold peacefully for the whole of Henry's lifetime. He was seised peacefully of this rent until recently, when the sheriff of Wiltshire and Robert de Hongerford expelled him. He requests a remedy.

Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition is dated to 1322 as it is clearly in the aftermath of the failed baronial revolt and refers to Thomas of Lancaster as the late earl. In addition, the petitioner received a pardon by CPR 1321-4 p.138 which is dated at York, 21 June 1322.
