Nature of request
Christina de Patemere states that she was joint feoffee with Thomas de Patemere, her husband, of two messuages in Holborn, in the suburb of London, but Thomas was indicted of the death of John de Patemere, his brother, and fled overseas. The tenements were adjudged to the king for the year and waste in the last Eyre of London and the sheriffs are now demanding 40s from her. She requests remedy, as she is joint feoffee and has not forfeited anything.
