Nature of request
The prior and convent request that the king order the wardens of the castles of Brecon, Hay, Blaenllyfni and Talgarth that the prior and convent be able to have the tithes from those lands and castles, which tithes they were seised of from the time of their foundation until now, and that they need for their sustenance, but which the wardens detain.
Nature of endorsement
The wardens of those places are to be ordered that they suffer the prior and convent to have and receive the tithes etc. as they have always received, which they are able by inquest or by other reasonable manner to establish that they had and received.
