Nature of request
The constable requests that he has a writ to make Kenne come and account to him concerning an account that Kenne has made before the Exchequer as executor of his brother's will for the entire profits due to the constable.

He should sue before the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer, and there let justice be done to them upon the contents in the petition.
