Note (Additional information about the record)
- The dating is difficult. The document is contemporary with SC 8/4/172 which is a petition by the same petitioner and in the same hand. The reference to an order had from the king out of parliament in SC 8/4/171 may refer back to the earlier parliamentary petition surviving as SC 8/4/170. This petition would therefore be some short time after 1320.
