1) Stacy requests remedy concerning oats that were taken from him on two occasions by Pelham against his will, and without paying for them. When he went to Westminster to demand payment Pelham had him thrown into prison and would not allow him to be mainprized for several days. He requests judgement and payment.2) Stacy requests further remedy concerning wheat taken by Mereworth from him at his own price, and not that set by merchants. He withholds the money to Stacy's great damage, and to the deceit of the king.
Nature of endorsement
He should have a writ in Chancery to the steward and marshal that justice should be done to him.
