1) Nicole requests remedy in the matter of an assault made upon him by Roland de Richmond and others at the fair of Ripon on the 18 August 1319, and imprisoned him until they had extracted a fine from him to the value of £20 and a tun of wine to his damage.2) He further requests a commission of oyer and terminer concerning the complaint that Richmond and others came to his house in York on 25 June 1320 and ravished his wife, and took his goods and chattels to the value of £200
