Nature of request
Lesse and Carpenter request remedy concerning lands, goods and chattels detained from them by the Hawilles, pending the plea in the Common Bench between them. The Hawilles have refused to return them, and Lesse and Carpenter have nothing to maintain their plea.
Nature of endorsement
The justices before whom the original plea is pending are ordered by a writ of the great seal, that they continue the suit thus made known, and that they make quick remedy to the suitors of the right in this matter.
