Bescevile requests that he has his sustenance, as the abbot and convent of Bermondsey are obliged to him in an annual rent of 7 marks in lieu of a corrody, which is detained from him because the priory is in the hand of the king, and in the custody of Henry de Cliff and Adam de Brom.
Nature of endorsement
The keepers of the house deputising for the king are ordered that they do justice to Bescevile.
