Nature of request
Multon and Cobeldyke, guardians of part of the lands of Thomas son of Thomas request that the king order a remedy, in that the lands that are in their custody are ordered to be distrained unfairly for the debt to the king by a writ under the great seal, and the lands in the hand of the heir, and which are charged with the debt are quit, and are sufficient for the debt to be levied.
