Nature of request
Pomeray states that as kinsman and one of the heirs of Vautort he released all his right to the duke that he had in the manor and castle of Trematon and many fees in Cornwall and Devon for which he was granted by charter £40 to be taken annually at the Exchequer. He has received little of this. He requests that the charter be examined and that he can be served of the annuity and arrears.
