- Soundy requests that an outlawry that was pronounced on him in Oxfordshire be undone. He has sued before Roger Brabazon and his associates for this claiming that the cause and process by which the outlawry was pronounced was done without the king's order, and that it could only be done by the king's order and special writ. However, the justices have told him that he must present it in parliament, and his suit has been before the justices for 4 years.

The Rot. Parl., vol I, p.326a (no. 185) may not be the same petition, though this petition is likely to closely date to it.
