Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition is dated to c. 1315 by reference to the title in Rot. Parl., vol I, p.314, noting a related petition to be for the parliament held at Westminster in the octave of Hillary, 8 Edw.II. However, the petition found on Rot. Parl., vol I, p.320b (no. 145) is not the same petition, although closely related, so that this petition probably dates closely to it.
