Beysun shows that his ancestors were seised of the manor of Church Eaton with woods and heaths pertaining. Because of a series of lengthy minorities the manor came into the king's hand, and the foresters of Gaule are now administering the woods and heath so that Beysun has nothing from them. He requests that the king grant an inquest of which woods and heath Adam de Beysun died seised, and what it is found that he died seised of the petitioner be able to enjoy.1)

Coram rege.2) Let it be done by a writ of Chancery to the escheator that in his own person he should enquire of the contents of the petition and certify the king.
