Nature of request
Beauchamp requests that the king make an allowance for her in the lands and rents to the value that pertains to her part of the county of Kildare which ought to be divided between Beauchamp and her mother Maud de Kyme. Beauchamp was unjustly ejected from the same by William de Vescy as appears by the process and record delivered into the presence by a writ of Chancery. Afterwards Vescy had given the same to the king.

The process previously delivered into court is to be viewed, and Beauchamp should have a writ for her seisin.
