Nature of request
Everlee requests that the king order that 10 marks with the arrears are paid to him, which are the arrears from the time before he went to the Scottish wars until now. Which 10 marks annuity King Henry father of the king gave to Edmund and John his brother by his letters patent for the 30 years of long service which Everlee's father and mother did for King Henry and his queen, and which the king by his letters patent has confirmed.
Nature of endorsement
He should have a writ of Chancery to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer that they should view the charter having regard for the current writ.
