Butyler requests that she be allowed to give satisfaction for the year and a day and have the rent returned to her as her escheat, which rent of £12 9s. 5d. in London, Adam de Stratton held from her, and which should have escheated to her as she can prove by a fine made in court in 53 Henry III.
