King.
Nature of request
Loges complains that during an assize of novel disseisin which he has arraigned before Ralph de Hengham and his companions, justices of the lord king, having twice spoken for it, he was wrongfully disseised, Hengham coming and commanding the other justices to go out of court and threatening them that they should say nothing or they would be punished so that the sons of their sons would feel it. Because of the fear of Hengham's menaces the other justices came the third time and spoke against Loges, which on other occasions ought to have been chargeable before the king. Loges requests remedy and justice because he is not able to have it because of this transgression.
