O'Callaghan v Stopford. Two answers.

Plaintiffs: James O'Callaghan and another.

Defendants: Elizabeth Hannah (Amended to Sarah Elizabeth Malcolm and Hannah Malcolm [?]) Benjamin Dean Wyatt and wife, Elizabeth Stopford, Philip Stopford, Anna Maria Stopford, Edward Stopford, William Stopford (abroad), Thomas Stopford, Roger Stopford, Henry Maclean and Mathias O'Byrne.

Amended by an order dated 09 Feb 1811: Sarah Stopford added as a defendant.

One extra answer, possibly that not identified in W1803 O4.

Original Bill Michaelmas 1798 plaintiffs name Malcolm.
