Defendants: Richard Atherton Farrington, Dauntsey Hulme, William Fox, Isacher Thorp, William Paul, Henry Grainger, John Stocks, Mary Harrison, James Harrison (senior), and James Harrison (junior).
Amended by order dated 24 Nov 1809: Samuel Jones, William Jones, Lewis Loyd, William Fox, Arden Hulme and Edward Loyd added as defendants.
Supplementary Bill Trinity 1811 plaintiff's name Watson.
