Short title: Barber v Quincey.

Document type: Two answers.

Plaintiffs: John Barber and another.

Defendants: John Banner, William Quincey, James Hoby, Richard Shutt, Thomas Shutt, James Crankshaw, Nathaniel Chater and William Cuthbert.

Amended by order dated 17 Aug 1817: Thomas Kent, Elizabeth Henzell, Thomas Grimes, John P Taylor, William Taylor, John Towell Rutt, John Irving and James Allen added as defendants.

Original Bill Michaelmas 1795 plaintiff's name Banner: Supplementary Bill Hilary 1797, Supplementary Bill Michaelmas 1798, Revived Hilary 1822.
