Plaintiffs: James Cole Mountflorence (of the United States of America Consulate, Paris).
Defendants: Fulwar Skipwith (of the United States Consulate, Paris).
Subject: division of commissions arising from suits filed against the French Government 1799-1801. Suit originally filed in France c 1805-1806, but dismissed as not justiciable.
