Document type: commission of partition relating to the estate of Sir George Downing, deceased.

Plaintiffs: Attorney General at the relation of Cambridge University.

Defendants: Sir George Bowyer, John Moore Archbishop of Canterbury, William Markham Archbishop of York, Sir George Cornwall and wife, Mary Goate, Francis Annesley, William Henry Scourfield, Jacob John Whittington, Diana Say, Ann Hurst, William Craven and John Torkington.
