Plaintiffs: Thomas Roberts.

Defendants: Jane Roberts, Robert Roberts, Edward Roberts, Evan Hughes and wife, William Webb and wife, Richard Davies, Mary Davies and Sarah Hughes.

Amended by an order dated 30 Jun 1808: Elizabeth Roberts added as a defendant.

Revived Michaelmas 1811, Supplementary Bill Hilary 1815, Supplementary Bill and Revived Trinity 1820, Revived Hilary 1822, Revived Trinity 1825.
