Defendants: Martha Hitchins, Garnett Terry, John Morris, Benjamin Hitchins [unknown] and Thomas Hitchins.

Amended by order of 8 April 1808: Richard Hitchins, Edward Hitchins, John Hitchins, Harry Hitchins, Peter Zohnab and wife (abroad), Dorothy Hitchins, Joseph Hitchins (abroad), Benjamin Hitchins (abroad) and Charles Hitchins (abroad) added as defendants: Benjamin Hitchins [unknown] and Thomas Hitchins removed as defendants.
