Defendants: Spencer Perceval, Thomas Evans, John Mander, Paul Panton, Richard Evans (Amended to Robert Evans), Thomas Napleton, John Pownall, Coutts Trotter, Edward Marjoribanks, Thomas Atkinson, Charles Perceval (amended to Frederick Perceval), Henry Perceval, William Montague Perceval (amended to Dudley Montague Perceval), Dorothy Wynn, Lena Wynn otherwise Magdalena Wynn, Sir Francis Burdett, Sir Hugh Owen, John (Stuart) Marquess of Bute, Thomas James (Bulkeley) Viscount Bulkeley, Henry (Paget) Earl of Uxbridge and Thomas John (Wynn) Baron Newborough.

Revived Michaelmas 1810 plaintiffs name Sternberg. Revived and Supplementary Bill Hilary 1816 plaintiff's name Sternberg.
