Plaintiffs: Matthew Durand.

Defendants: Thomas Harben.

Amended by order of 14 June 1802: Thomas Harben, Peter Simon, John Leach, John Boys and Richard Pearse alias Richard Pearce added as defendants.

Amended by order of 28 November 1803: William Reader added as a defendant.

Revived Hilary 1803.
