Defendants: William Parker Hammond, Richard Debarry, Samuel Charrington, Sir Charles Blicke, Richard Williams, Abraham Purshouse Driver, Stamp Brooksbank, Sir John Cox Hippersley and William Lushington.
Amended by order dated 15 January 1810: John Cope, William Sharpe and Richard Hay added as defendants.
Revived Michaelmas 1810 and Revived Hilary 1814.
