Plaintiffs: Mary Blashfield.

Defendants: Ann Matthews, Dennis Marsh (amended to Pennie Marsh), James Marsh otherwise James Woodhouse, John Blashfield, John Edge[?]. John Simpson, Charles Oldaker, John Hunter and Thomas Hunter.

Amended by an order dated 29 May 1807: Thomas Edwards added as a defendant and John Edge[?]. John Simpson, Charles Oldaker removed as defendants.
