Answer.

Plaintiffs: Henry Byne.

Defendants: Henry Byne, Ralph Carr, Charles Poyntz (abroad), John Lodge Hubbersty, Edward Clarke, William Barry Wade, Edmund Lodge and William Charles Byne (abroad).

Further defendants added by order of 19 November 1812: Nehemiah Winter, Charles James, Stephen Poyntz, John Hodsdon Durand and Thomas Cooke.

Amended by an order dated 08 Jun 1810: Ralph Carr and Charles Poyntz (abroad) removed as defendants Further defendant added by order of 19 November 1814: John Carr.

Defendants removed by amendment by order of 3 June 1815: John Carr, William Charles Byne, John Hodsdon Durand and Thomas Cooke.
