Defendants: James Akers (abroad), Henry Rawlins (abroad), Lewis Brotherson Verchild (abroad), Benjamin Markham Brotherson (abroad), Lawrence Brickwood, John Brickwood junior, James Daniel, Joseph Todhunter and Edmund Colson.
Further defendant added by order of 10 February 1809: James Mackenzie.
