Plaintiffs: Charles Welstead and wife and others.

Defendants: William Jones, Mary Tullock, Mary Cook, Michael Danby, John Ellington Hancock, Dennis Butler, John Coulson, James Leane, Henry Toye, Richard Bright, Abraham Mountain, John Poole, Samuel Bosanquet, Richard Beachcroft, John Reeves, John Bennett and George Bennett.

Amended by an order dated 2 May 1807: William Taylor and Edward Monk added as defendants. Mary Tullock, Michael Danby, John Ellington Hancock, Dennis Butler, Richard Bright, John Poole, John Bennett and George Bennett removed as defendants.
