Amended by an order dated 14 Nov 1807: John Miller Vernon, William Henry Vernon, Joseph Kemp Vernon, Hannah Vernon, Amelia Vernon, Louisa Vernon, Matilda Vernon, Ann Eliza Vernon and Robert Eddlestone added as defendants.
