Plaintiffs: Jane Carter.

Defendants: Francis Carter, John Berber Tuck, Benjamin Wales, Job Wilks, Jacob Cope, Mary Hack otherwise Mary Carter, William Francis Hack, Louise Hack (now wife of David Tait), Maria Hack and Ann Thompson.

Amended by an order dated 04 Nov 1819: Job Wilks and Jacob Cope removed as defendants.

Revived Hilary 1813, Revived Hilary 1819, Revived Michaelmas 1823 plaintiff's name Philpot and Revived at C14/645 or1847 C No. 4 plaintiff's name Tuck.
