Plaintiffs: Richard Clerke and others.

Defendants: Montagu [Bertie] Earl of Abingdon, James King, Richard Palmer, Robert Dent, Richard Keysal (amended to John Keysal), John Vernon, Thomas Croft, Albany Wallis (amended to Lewis Bayly Wallis), John Radcliffe, Charles Clowes, Elizabeth Bertie, John Beardsworth, Albemarle Bertie, Henry Atherton, Richard Edmunds, Henry [Gage] Lord Gage, William Baldwin, Willoughby Bertie, Peregrine Bertie, Frederick Bertie and Lady Caroline Bertie

Amended by an order dated 24 March 1802: Thomas Croft removed as a defendant.

Original bill: Easter 1795 plaintiffs name Lord Wenman.

These answers and the answers with W1795 W25 apply to both cases.
