Short title: Cook v Hinchliffe.

Document type: bill and two answers.

Plaintiffs: James Cook and others.

Defendant: Joseph Hinchliffe, John Davidson, Benjamin Irwin, James Irwin, John Scholfield and wife and Joseph Newsome and wife.

Amended by an order dated 3 December 1800: John Waller and John Addy added as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 12 February 1802: Mary Wetherherd added as a defendant.

Revived Easter 1802 plaintiffs name Kershaw.

Two answers with W1802 K1 they apply to both cases.
