Forwards a copy of the statistical abstract of summaries for each district from the census returns for 1881 reporting total numbers by rank, profession or occupation, and place of birth or nationality. Also reports numbers that were temporarily absent, deaf and dumb, blind, 'imbecile or idiot', 'lunatic', pauper, and inmates of gaols.
