Plaintiffs: Thomas Chivers.

Defendants: George Godwin, John Hill and Noah Chivers.

Amended by an order dated 10 Jun 1807: Thomas Chivers, Nathaniel Everett and wife, John Dyer and wife, Elizabeth Morgan (now wife of George Porth), Mary Ann Morgan (now wife of Charles Bishop), James Morgan and Maria Camm added as defendants.

Revived Trinity 1809 plaintiff's name Camm.
